At Mixalya, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy, starting from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a refund, please comply with the following conditions:

  1. The product must be returned in its original condition, without damage or signs of excessive wear.
  2. Products must be accompanied by all accessories, manuals, certificates of authenticity, and original packaging.
  3. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  4. Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the error is on our part.
  5. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  6. Sale or promotional items are not eligible for refunds, but may be exchanged for an item of equivalent value.

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Carefully package the item to be returned and a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions, using a tracking service to avoid problems related to loss or damage during transport.
